Project Scope
As ICDC, we literally operate in Three (3) Core Thematic Areas under three Programs that Include:
All projects operationalized by ICDC must fall under any one of the category programs defined above. This was determined by the Secretariat and approved by REMAC which also doubles as the governing body.
Summary of Initial Projects
Our initial projects for operationalization are as summarised in the table below.

Initiation of a New Project
Identification and establishment of a new project will follow the following process as agreed by the Secretariat and approved by REMAC.
